REVISION POLICY

Depending on your selected package, you can request as many revisions as needed until you're happy with the result. There are no extra charges for changes to the design concepts that haven't been finalized. We will deliver revised designs within 48 hours. Please note that any changes requested after the design is finalized will be treated as a new order and will be charged separately.

REFUND POLICY

Here’s how our refund policy works:

• We do not offer refunds for special packages, approved design concepts, or revisions.
• If you cancel for reasons unrelated to the company, no refund will be issued.
• Refund eligibility expires after 2 weeks of no communication or violations of our policy.
• No refunds will be provided if you hire other providers or submit an incomplete design brief.
• We do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for reasons unrelated to the service.
• Partial refunds may be available in specific cases, like if you’re unhappy with a particular service.
• No refunds will be given after 15 days from the purchase date. Services like social media management, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting are non-refundable.
• Websites are not eligible for refunds once the design is approved and development has started.
• Our money-back guarantee only applies to completely rejected initial designs. If you receive a partial refund, a 33% deduction will apply to cover incurred costs.

Note: Digital Vista Creations reserves the right to decline projects or cancel contracts as needed. After a refund is issued, all designs become the property of Digital Vista Creations.

We will acknowledge your refund request as soon as we receive it. Our team will review the details, and once everything is verified, we will proceed with processing your refund.

Please be aware that once a refund is issued, you forfeit any rights to the designs provided by Digital Vista Creations. We will also forward the relevant information to Copyright Acquisition Agencies to ensure legal compliance and protect copyright ownership.

Please note that the delivery time for your order follows the details outlined in your chosen package, with a minimum processing time of 2 business days.
